The meeting location will be the same as mentioned on the tour detail page. We’ll also contact you via WhatsApp or email a day before your tour with exact meeting instructions. Your guide will share their photo and contact details for easy identification.

Most tours last between 2 to 4 hours, depending on the type. Full-day and half-day options are available on request. The exact duration is mentioned on each tour’s detail page.

Yes! While street food in general can vary, we only visit trusted, high-quality vendors we’ve personally selected for hygiene and taste. We've hosted hundreds of happy (and healthy!) guests. Our goal is to make Mumbai’s incredible street food safe, accessible, and unforgettable for visitors.

Tipping is not mandatory, but it’s appreciated if you feel your guide provided an excellent experience. The amount is entirely at your discretion.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and popular digital wallets. Payment details will be provided during the booking process.

For private tours, direct booking on the website is available for up to 6 people. If you're a group of more than 6, please contact us at mashugroup@gmail.com for a customized arrangement. For public/shared tours, we limit the group size to a maximum of 10 people to keep the experience personal and enjoyable.

Absolutely! Many of our guests are solo travelers. We offer small group tours and can also customize private experiences if preferred.

Currently, Transportation is not included by default, but we’re happy to assist! We can arrange an Uber or Ola for you at an extra cost. Just let us know in advance by writing an email to mashugroup@gmail.com

We can arrange hotel pickup and drop-off upon request. This service is available at an extra cost and can be provided via Uber, Ola, or a private driver. Please mention your hotel details while booking.

Everything you need for the tour is included — entry tickets (if any), food, a knowledgeable guide, and all activities mentioned in the tour details. There are no hidden charges. Transport is not included by default, but we’re happy to help arrange a ride via Uber or Ola at an additional cost. Trust us — you’ll enjoy the best experiences without any hassle!

Currently, most of our tours are available in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

To book a customized trip, please fill out our Custom Trip Form with details such as your contact details, dates, budget, number of travelers, and type of tours. Once submitted, our team will review your requirements and get back to you within 24 hours with personalized recommendations.

We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance, especially during peak travel seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome, but subject to availability.

Yes! We can plan your trips across India — including Rajasthan, Himachal, Delhi, Kerala, Goa, and more.
